Domino Effect Inc. was started after years of project management work conducted by its founder, Stephen Rosen. After working with numerous start-ups and new product launches Steve realized that what most companies needed was a dedicated plan with specific benchmarks, go/kill decisions, and accountability from each department within the organization. From leadership consulting to executive coaching, our firm can provide your company with the guidance you need.
Domino Effect Inc. is based in Erie, PA with a satellite offices in the greater Harrisburg, PA area and Charlotte, NC. Domino Effect is staffed by Steve in Erie, Brad Kivlan & Jodi Vandercoy in Harrisburg, and Julie Rankin in Charlotte. Additional executive coaching and business leadership consultants and high level, high output employees are contracted as needed depending on the project in which Domino Effect is involved. Stephen Rosen
Stephen Rosen, Chief Operating Officer, Business Strategist and Author of The Domino Effect series. Steve is an experienced veteran of Start-Up Companies and New Product Development. His twenty year career includes countless projects, mostly creating and implementing business and marketing plans, sales and sales training, and developing process improvement strategies. He has been involved with both new companies and established companies with sales of up to $200M. He has worked with companies in 44 states and 6 countries.
